Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday will be processed on that business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. This helps us ensure fast and accurate processing of all customer orders.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, the processing time will be 1-3 business days. During this stage, we will prepare the product, carefully package it, and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the status.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped to the carrier, delivery time will typically take 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions or general shipping conditions. We will keep you updated so you can accurately track the progress of your order.

2 – SHIPPING FEE

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 to all orders, regardless of the weight or size of the package. This fee is calculated automatically during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

3 – SHIPPING ADDRESS

Currently, glowcultures.store only provides domestic shipping within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct and within our shipping area.

In case the shipping address is incorrect or changes after the order has been processed, you can contact our customer support team as soon as possible for support to make adjustments before the goods are delivered to the shipping unit.

4 – SHIPPING UNIT

To ensure service quality and fast delivery time, we cooperate with UPS as the main shipping unit. UPS is one of the reputable shipping partners, committed to providing safe and professional shipping services for all glowcultures.store orders.

5 – ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

6 – DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We are sorry if there is any problem with your package during transit. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately via email support@glowcultures.store. For a quick resolution, please provide detailed information about your order (including order number, tracking number, and if possible, photos of the package if damaged).

We will work with UPS to process claims related to damaged or lost packages. glowcultures.store is committed to assisting you in determining the cause and providing appropriate solutions, including resending the item or refunding if necessary.

7 – RETURN PACKAGES

If you need to return a package for any reason, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand the return process and conditions. To return an item, you must contact us via email at support@glowcultures.store within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please note that the returned package must be unworn, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact. We will provide you with detailed instructions on the return process after receiving your request.
